Shipping Information

Q: What are the UK shipping costs? 
A: £3.95 postage to the UK mainland for purchases under £30. Purchases within the UK which total over £30 are eligible for free postage.(We reserve the right to amend this in the future) 
All items are delivered by Royal Mail second class recorded. 
 
A: Greeting cards will be shipped at standard Royal Mail postage rates depending on the size of the envelope.
 
Q:Do you ship to the EU and abroad ? 
A: Currently we are only able to dispatch to the UK Mainland. Unfortunately, we do not post overseas or to the Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly,  Isle of Man and BFPO addresses. 

Orders and Returns  

Q: Why do I need to set up an account with you?   
A: Setting up an account is quick and easy. You will need to give us your name, email address and create a password.  With an account you can check the progress of an order and save your address and payment details , which will speed things up the next time you order.   

Q: Am I able to cancel / change my order    
A: Unfortunately once your order has been completed  / processed you will not be able to change or cancel anything yourself. If you need help with this please contact us at info@naafi.co.uk and we will try our best to resolve the situation.  

Q: What Payments do you accept  
A: We accept payments by credit/debit card and PayPal

Q: How do I return an item  
A: If you have any issues with your item and wish to return it.  Please email us at info@naafi.co.uk or use our form on the ‘contact us’  section on our website. Please include the order number supplied to you on your email confirmation  

Donations to the NAAFI Fund 

Q: Can I donate? 
A: Every purchase you make with the NAAFI helps NAAFI support forces communities wherever we operate. You'll find an option at the checkout to donate 50p into the NAAFI Fund.  

Q: If I donate, where does my money go? 
A: .  Launched in 2020, the NAAFI Fund is committed to returning a minimum of £7.5m back to Armed Forces Units to invest in their own welfare projects over the next decade. Armed Forces Units can apply for grants through the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust to support projects that improve the quality of life for Forces communities. As a not-for-profit organisation, we have an agreed mechanism with the Ministry of Defence to return all our trading surpluses back into supporting our Armed Forces either as direct financial contributions to the locations that generated it, or by investment in the facilities we operate.
