Your privacy is important to us. To provide you with the features and benefits of online purchases with us, we need to collect information from you through the Shop. You can find our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement, on our website as well as at this link, which will inform you of our practices with respect to the collection, use, disclosure, and protection of your information.
 
 
Accuracy Of Information
We do our best to keep information, product descriptions and photos in the online shop as accurate as possible. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, information or other content available in the online shop are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Shop or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice. We further reserve the right to change the products and services advertised or offered for sale through the Shop, the prices, ingredients, or other specifications of such products without notice or liability to you or any other person. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
 
 
Order Procedure
 
When placing your order, you will receive an e-mail at the end of the order procedure whereby your order is acknowledged. All orders made in the Shop require full payment at the time of order. Receipt of payment does not mean that an order has been accepted as we reserve the right to return your payment in the event the order is not accepted. You will receive a tracking code via e-mail when the transaction is completed, and your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take us up to 5-7 business days to prepare and dispatch orders upon receipt depending on the weekday and holidays. However, we aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible.
We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and to refuse service to any customer. We also reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to, the availability of the product and product price or product description error. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. In the event such e-mail address, billing address, and/or phone number is inaccurate, we shall have no further obligations. 
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our Shop. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and payment card number and expiration date, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
 
Payment Methods
PayPal, credit card or debit card.
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid PayPal account, credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be debited on your card. We reserve the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
 
Product Liability
Each product description in the online shop and on the product packaging provides a description of how to use the product. You agree that we cannot be held liable for unintended unconventional use of the products purchased in the online shop.
 

Our Liability
 
We accepts liability caused by our negligence or that of our employees and agents. We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.
We is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.
Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on naafiselect.co.uk shall be limited to the total price of your order.
If you have a problem with a product that you have purchased from naafiselect.co.uk and were not able to settle the complaint with us, then you can submit your complaint to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (the “ODR platform”).
 
Jurisdiction And Governing Law
You agree that any claim, action, or lawsuit arising out of these Terms and Conditions and/or the services/products purchased, shall be interpreted and governed in conformity with Icelandic law. For any legal dispute which may arise between you and NAAFI UK Ltd, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Judges and Courts of the District Commissioner of Greater Reykjavik, Iceland as the court of first instance.
 
 
Shipping and Returns

Dispatch & Delivery
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order. Free delivery is offered on orders over £30. We reserve the right to amend this in the future. We currently deliver to the UK Mainland. Unfortunately, we do not post overseas or to the Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly,  Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.
 
Shipping

We do our best at each time to ensure the best and fastest service of delivery, however, timing of any deliveries depends on customers’ location from where products are shipped. Import fees are charged on some deliveries depending on customers’ location. Import fees depend on the purchase amount and customs regulations of the import country. 

All items are delivered by Royal Mail Second Class delivery. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for your item to be fulfilled. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive an email from us confirming when your item has been dispatched.

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock it will not be included in your order, but the remainder of your order will be dispatched. We will contact you via email with an indication of the expected delivery time, and offer you the opportunity to cancel and refund the item. If you wish to progress with the item, we will cover the cost of postage of the follow up delivery


NAAFI Select Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your product we will be happy to exchange or refund it. We are able to offer a refund within 28 working days of the goods being received by you. Returned items must be in their original condition and include all tags and labels. Please return in the original packaging, and enclose the original order documentation. 

A refund will be issued once we have received the item in a sellable condition (unless faulty).

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following products unless they are faulty:

  • Perishable goods such as food or drinks
  • Pierced jewellery
If you are returning an item because it is faulty or because we have made an error, we will refund the postage. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. To return an item, please send it to the address below clearly marked 'Returns'. This does not affect your statutory rights.
